Leads Bank provides pay-per-lead generation services. Specific volumes, pricing and delivery are agreed in a separate written quote or order. Figures on this site (conversion rates, pricing ranges, timescales) are indicative and not guaranteed.
Where we describe leads as exclusive, each lead is supplied to a single client. Lead quality depends on factors outside our control, including how quickly and how well you follow up. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale.
Charges, billing and any replacement policy are set out in your individual agreement. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts unless expressly agreed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the leads in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
